10 month joined Truenudist community

I had been here for 10 month. It's a time that I learn many thing about naked body and what is all about for being a nudist. Human should not feel shame for own body when naked. I'm 35 years old. Along this day I have grown up with the wrong assumption about nudity. So I need time to get rid of shyness to show the body in its original look.
