Site terms, user responsibilities, moderation policies, and compliance statements.

2257 Compliance

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at truenudists.com were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All models' proof of age is held by the custodian of records, which is listed below, organized by producer. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

Terms

SocialCO Media, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates truenudists.com ("website", "the site", "the service"). The Terms of Service ("terms", "rights", "responsibilities"), outlines your rights and responsibilities in the services provided. SocialCO Media, LLC ("we", "our" or "us") operates truenudists.com. The services offered by SocialCO Media, LLC include truenudists.com ("website", "the site", "the service"), or chat services (including, without limitation, instant messaging, private messaging), truenudists.com is hosted in the United States.

This Terms of Use Agreement, as may be modified from time to time, ("Agreement", "terms", "rights", "responsibilities") constitutes legally binding terms and applies to your use of the site. By accessing and/or using the site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" or a "Member". The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are authorized to use the site only if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations ("Applicable Law") and the terms of this Agreement.

Service Level

  • We cannot guarantee that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that there are risks inherent in Internet connectivity that could result in the loss of your privacy, Confidential Information and property.
  • We disclaim any and all warranties not expressly stated in the Agreement to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties relating to satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose. Any services are provided on an "AS IS" basis.
  • We do not guarantee that your content (posts, images, videos) will be safe from data loss or catastrophic failure of our services, and request that you maintain a copy of anything important or sentimental.

    Your privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy allows you to remain informed on how your information is collected, stored and used.

    Sharing Your Content and Information

    You own all of the content and information you post on the site, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy and application settings. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with the site. This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

    Site Ideas and Criticism

    We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about the site, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

    Safety

    We do our best to keep the site safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep the site safe, which includes the following commitments by you:

    1. You will not post unauthorized commercial offers or promotions (such as spam) on the site.
    2. You will not collect users' content or information using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).

    Registration and Account Security

    1. You will not provide any false personal information on the site, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
    2. You will not create more than one personal account.
    3. If we delete or ban your account, you will not create another one without our permission.
    4. You will not use the site if you are under 18, or 21 if applicable by law.
    5. You will not use the site if you are a convicted sex offender.
    6. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
    7. You will not transfer your account to anyone.
    8. If you select a username or similar identifier for your account or Page, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user's actual name).
    9. You will not create an account or use a username that attempts to impersonate an administrator or moderator of the site.

    Protecting Other People's Rights

    We respect other people's rights, and expect you to do the same. You will not post content or take any action on the site that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law. We can remove any content or information you post on the site if we believe it violates this Statement or our policies. If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we may delete/ban your account. You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on the site.

    Mobile and Other Devices

    We currently provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply.

    Payments

    If you make a payment on the site, you agree to our Refund/Return Policy.

    Pre-Screening and Moderation of User Content

    All user-uploaded content (including photos, videos, events, and text posts) is reviewed by our moderation team before publication. Our moderators ensure that no content that is illegal, exploitative, or in violation of Visa or CCBill standards is made publicly available. This pre-screening process applies to all user-submitted content, including but not limited to images, videos, events, and posts.

    We reserve the right to reject or remove any uploaded content that violates our policies, the law, or card network standards. Content reported to us as violating these standards will be reviewed and, if confirmed, removed within five (5) business days in accordance with the Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP). If there is evidence of illegal material or any content that violates Visa or CCBill rules, such content will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities and to CCBill's Regulatory Compliance team.

    Creator Consent and License

    Before uploading any content, each creator must expressly grant permission for the website to use and display their content. During the signup or upload process, creators must acknowledge and confirm the following by selecting a separate consent checkbox:

    "I acknowledge and agree that my images and content may be used, displayed, and distributed publicly on the website in accordance with the Terms of Use."

    This consent is required in addition to accepting these Terms and Conditions. Without such consent, no content may be uploaded or displayed. The creator retains full ownership rights to their content but grants SocialCO Media, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify (for formatting or technical reasons), and distribute the content to enable proper functioning of the site and its services.

    Age Verification

    All users must complete age verification before they are permitted to post, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the website. Users under the age of 18 (or 21, where applicable by law) are strictly prohibited from using the site or submitting any content. The age verification process may include submission of government-issued identification or other verification measures to confirm the user's age and identity.

    Users who have not completed the age verification process may still create an account or browse permitted sections of the site but cannot upload or publish any media, comments, or posts until verified.

    Content Removal and Complaint Process

    If you believe that any content hosted on this website violates applicable laws or Visa/CCBill standards, please submit a Content Removal Request using the CCBill Content Removal | Complaint Form, or contact us directly at support@truenudists.com.

    All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Content determined to be illegal or in violation of Visa or CCBill rules will be removed immediately. We maintain documentation of all reports and actions taken in compliance with the Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP).

    Amendments/Changes to Our Policy

    We reserve the right to make changes to any site terms, policies, or agreements. Upon said changes, we will provide public notice in the footer on the site for a period of seven (7) days. Your continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of our amended terms. You are also agreeing that you will regularly review this Agreement.

    Disputes

    You will resolve any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have with us arising out of or relating to these terms or the site exclusively in a state court located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The laws of the State of Arizona will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us. If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content, or information on the site, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.

    Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

    SocialCO Media, LLC strictly prohibits any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse on our platform. We are fully committed to supporting all applicable laws, including the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), and to cooperating with law enforcement authorities to identify and prevent trafficking and exploitation.

    We do not tolerate, and will actively remove, any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates human trafficking or exploitation of any kind. Any accounts found to be involved in such activity will be immediately terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.

    We encourage our users to report any content or behavior they believe may be related to human trafficking or exploitation. Reports can be made through our online reporting tool, or by emailing us at socialcomedia@gmail.com. We will promptly investigate all such reports, and if necessary, work with law enforcement and other relevant organizations to address and resolve these issues.

    Special Provisions Applicable to Users Outside the United States

    We strive to create a global community with consistent standards for everyone, but we also strive to respect local laws. The following provisions apply to users and non-users who interact with the site outside the United States: You consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are located in a country embargoed by the United States or are on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals you will not engage in commercial activities on the site. You will not use the site if you are prohibited from receiving products, services, or software originating from the United States.

    Child Safety and Compliance with Law Enforcement

    SocialCO Media, LLC can and will produce records when legally requested to do so by law enforcement. This information may contain usernames, email addresses, personal messages, and IP addresses, as well as any other information stored by the site or posted by you.

    Updates to VIRP Policy Compliance

    Effective October 2025, SocialCO Media, LLC complies with the updated Visa Integrity Risk Program (VIRP) timeframes requiring content complaint resolution within five (5) business days. Any references in previous versions of these Terms to a seven (7) business day timeframe are hereby amended to reflect this change.
