two wonderful weeks on gran canaria are behind us and the everyday got us back in tight handle. the most impressive was, the people on this island seem to be so much further than people in germany. if the need for a little tenderness comes over you - to say, a kiss, a hug, or only take the hand of your dear - noone cares. noone noticed. almost everyday we experience the quite different in germany. nonetheless, there is one thing i don't understand. why do torture people themselves by walking through glowing hot sand, for about one mile, only to get to the nudist area? and then they lie there with bikini, shorts, swim suits? maybe I have a wrong understanding of rules. i mean, who would nude sunbathing or skinny dipping in a area that is designated to use swimsuits? only i can speak for myself, never i would do! i want to annoy anyone with the sight of my thick, bare butt. but also i don't want to be harassed, of people who don't take off their clothes on a nudist beach. that was just the only fly in the ointment and can not tarnish the otherwise wonderful time. now we have to wait again for next year. at least the weather great here in germany is at the moment and is reminiscent of vacation.
