94 kg or 85 kg

so thinking of body weight and how we see are self I have recently been walking around at 94 but have been 85 kg or even 69kg , I feel at 94 kg I look good, being naked this summer I want to look good down the beach. food is good still and cut back useless meals , feeling hungry check and having snacks in between. it week three to four now important to maintain. personal look make u feel good . let do this nudies .
