So, what's a guy to do in Adelaide on a hot weekend. Maybe go to the beach, how about a pool, or just stay in the air-conditioning. Hold on, isn't there a "Clothing Optional" beach here somewhere? Hello Mr Google,... oh yes, Maslins Beach. Now it's not too far from the city, and with a car, it's pretty easy to get to. Righto, lets check this place out, after all, no one knows me in Adelaide. Park in the northern carpark, walk onto the public (covered) part of the beach. Now that's not too scary, let's try further south. There's the sign indicating that nudity is only permitted beyond this point, so move a little further. Ok, towel down, aaand, shorts down! Sot that was my introduction to nude sun-bathing, in public. I enjoyed it so much, I was back a couple of days later, next opportunity in fact. So did this make me a pervert? I was worried that it wasn't natural to enjoy feeling my privates flopping around in the warm sun. The (mostly) normal attitude of the others on the beach made me feel more at home, and less of an exhibitionist. My time in Adelaide was over all too soon, and I was afraid my public nudity was too. When the summer was over and I hadn't been able to feel the sun on my bare butt, I felt a little dismayed. We're back in summer now, and I've finally been able to find a relatively nearby nude beach. It's a real pain to get to, but I just love dropping my shorts outdoors. Now I have to plan my visits carefully, as I need an excuse to drive most of the way to Sydney just to get everything out. So that's my beginning, next time I hope to add another visit and expand my horizons a little. Cheers,
