A problem I have on google hangouts

Hi everyone, I know I wrote down that I am going to be inactive for a while, but I just want to stop by really quick on writing a quick blog. So what I currently have a problem on regarding to people I chat (outside of this site) is on google hangouts. I am not writing this to hurt anyone who uses hangouts, it's all of my personal opinion. I sometimes had people on this site asking me for google hangouts (or sometimes I ask them), but one of my biggest problem with hangouts are the people that I would talk to. The people I know from using google hangouts would often ask for help (like giftcards, money, or checking out explicit cam contents). It kind of relate to one of my earlier blog from before, but I know what I see from hangouts can be a bit frightening. I learned my lesson a while back, so now I have to be very careful the users ask for hangouts (or the other way around). In my brief opinion about google hangouts is that I have some ups and downs with it. What I like about using it is that I can get in contact with some friends and have nice conversations with. What I really hate about hangout is not really the format, but it is the users. The users that ask for help like (I'll repeat again,giftcards, money, or checking out explicit cam contents) really should NOT be there. Hangouts should be a source to be connected, and NOT for those contents. I really hope you understand, and again this is not for attacking anyone, it is just my personal opinion.
