Areas in the USA where it is difficult to practice social nudity LEGALLY.

Hello everyone. There is the United States, and it has many semi-sovereign jurisdictions of law. They have all different Laws for their State Governments, and, unlike many federal regions in other nations, have "State Constitutions." Historically, only Australia and Venezuelan States have very recently (Since as late as after the 1890s) had a State Charter with a Constitution separate from the Federal Constitution. I am sure there are others, but most federations do not have Constitutions. Brazil's states either might currently have State Constitutions separate from the Federal one, or they might have had one for each state in the past, or neither is true. So, as far as law goes, nudism varies by the state. Each state, not having UN sovereignty or any international sovereignty, is both under the Federal Control inside a Federation for all major policies under the Federal USA Government. Foreign Policy and Citizenship Always is the Duty of the Federal Government Only! However, aside from Foreign Policy and Immigration, States Generally do not have Foreign Policy but generally act in a Semi-sovereign and semi-democratic generally Electoral Representative Democracy, but with irregular politics except in Federal Elections, and even that is less democratic. The USA could easily be described as a "Hybrid Regime" or "A country with Elections and Voters but with an Authoritarian or Far-Right Government." Generally, the government was run by left-wing-centrist-liberal Authoritarian Centrists from the 1950s until 2001. After the Younger Bush AKA George W. Bush the Son of George HW Bush, the government became Authoritarian quickly after the Patriot Act was enacted in Congress and the Invasion of Iraq supported by other less direct democracies and some of the major representative democracies, unified by the Anti-China and Anti-Russia and Pro-Israel foreign policies inside the Government. Even before then, there were criminals involved with rightwing and Centrist-Liberal politicians inside The Federal Government and State governments run by the TWO PARTY SYSTEM. Criminals went on after 2008, including the people getting cozy with DONALD J TRUMP. After things got worse in the social media age, after Obama took office in 2009, America drifted into two countries inside EVERY SINGLE STATE in the USA with Enclaves and Exclaves. There is the Blue States in Every State, or Blue Cities and Counties, and the RED STATES in Every State, including many many Counties All in Mostly Red States and also in Purple and Blue States. Now every State has a Blue Place and a Red Place, and there are two States inside every State in America, the Blue State and Red State. No third parties exist here, even though there were many State and Federal Third Parties until 1986. That ends the people having a real democracy when they vanished from Federal and State offices in 1993. In 2020, some local and state offices and Federal offices had some of the left wing people get into office from another party, and other areas some far right people got smaller local offices while not affiliated to the TWO MAJOR PARTIES. The UK would have the same issues if it Only had A Federal And Directly Strong-President and Electoral College Elected Electoral System. Single-Member Constituencies with Single-Non-Transferable-Vote First Past The Post creates the Spoiler effect in ANGLOPHONE ELECTIONS in ENGLAND WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM. Only by Having Other characteristics, like direct party elections with that method and direct Parliamentary Elections, and having a Prime Minister Directly Elected By the Outcome of the Parliamentary Election, and the Use of Subdivisions By Constituent Country and Subdivisions of the Constituencies of the British Parliament, and Strong Campaigning in Local British Elections and Local Mayoral and Council Elections, mostly only by these differences can the UK really make their elections significantly better in some of their election years in British Parliament and the Constituent Country Devolution Parliaments and the Local Subidivisions having many local governments have a much more vibrant democracy than America. America is more risky for democracy, but people are trying to petition for more direct democracy. And progress is being made, but people need to be in favor of freedom At Home and Abroad, or else there will not be winners of Elections. Generally, Nudism is still around in America, but the Most Red Far-Right-Led Governments in America's states will be more restrictive. Generally, the best states for nudism also are Blue States, but also mostly are just places where there is more than one culture. Usually the Democratic pluralism of culture preseves nudism, and if they really have more than Just Republicans and Democrats on the "people to the left of Trump" located in their larger metro areas. I like some things about everyone that truly stands for freedom. Not everyone consistently stands for freedom all the time, but people need to be doing better than "Whatever Trump wants" in this day and age! Anything helps if they can be determined to be "Mostly IN FAVOR of Democracy." If you do not favor Democracy, that is a red flag for me. Trump is SO ANTI-DEMOCRACY! I understand why, at least ONLINE, even nudists get angry at each other. People really are picky, because human nature is based on the chemistries in our brain that give less reasonable patterns of Aggression. These things lead to Authortarianism. Authoritarianism never waits to use Military means or DIRECT VIOLENT ACTION means to resort to pain. People need to not give in. I do not like Authoritarianism. That is why I say I really really DO NOT LIKE Donald J Trump. I HIGHLY DISLIKE Donald J Trump and his resorting to Threats and Intimidation. That bothers me personally. I do not want him to be harmed. He needs to Resign peacefully and let a successor run in DIRECT Elections. First for their votes in the RNC. Then A DIRECT USA ELECTION BY MAJORITY VOTE for First Past the Post Approval Voting for the President to pick a SINGLE PRESIDENT, Who Gets The Most APPROVAL VOTE TOTALS. It should Be Majority but with Unlimited Elimination Runoff Election Rounds to get the Campaign Approval Votes Eliminated. Even with Approval Voting with FIRST PAST THE POST by SIMPLE 50 PERCENT MAJORITY, that would work for the Presidential Elections. As far as nudism, most states make nudism illegal outside the Resorts and OFFICIAL NUDE BEACHES. Nudism thrives where there are many cities, many larger nudist resorts, and at least a partial or whole OFFICIALLY Clothing Optional or Nudist Beach. And some areas included in all those criteria qualified for their local culture also have Nudist Zones or some may have sanctioning partially or fully of public nudity. Many states do not permit nudity outside of Nude Recreation Venues. Most States may have nudist venues but are regulating them and BAN nudism Outside the Nude Recreation Venues. And Several may lack NUDE RECREATION VENUES. You Have to LOOK UP THE Laws IN EACH STATE LAW in the State Legislature that Maintains that nudism is legal. NUDISM LEGALITY is ALWAYS determined BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT AND STATE LAWS inside the USA in all Lands "EXCEPT FOR NATIONAL PARKS AND UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR LANDS" in all cases. It is one of the more common SOCIAL CRIMINAL LAW CASES in Case LAW at the State Level, Unless Courts Intervene. Courts intervened in the 10th Circuit in COLORADO STATE and OTHER 10th CIRCUIT STATES. There, de-facto, the Courts Upheld TOPLESSNESS but NOT Nudity. That is what is going on right now. You have to look up each state.
