Banned from chatroom for unknown reasons

Today, for the second day in a row, we have been banned from the chatroom for no apparent reason. Yesterday, shortly after announcing the Tucson temperature as 104f we were banned for twenty-four hours. Today, August 4, our only post in the chatroom was "Good afternoon." Shortly after that post we are once again banned. TN narrative says we must have violated rules and were banned by a moderator. They also state they will not overturn a moderators ban. We assume there is a glitch in the software or a moderator is overstepping guidelines for issuing a ban. How much longer will this continue? Indefinitely? Perhaps it is time to cancel our account and move on.
