Banned from the chat room for being a "smartass."

I just wanted to let everyone I'm connected with to know that I have been banned from the chat room for posting a link. The moderator Jere_Sandy has taken it upon her/himself to police the content being posted in chat and are banning people for challenging their "rules." It seems as if I was a smartass when I told this moderator that I nor they are responsible for the security of other user's personal computers. This was the moment I was banned actually. TrueNudists.com says this about the content that gets posted: Although we provide rules for user conduct, we do not control or direct users' actions on "the site" and are not responsible for the content or information users transmit or share on "the site". We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter on "the site". We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, or any user of "the site". Our goal is to keep "the site" functioning without issue and secure. but you hereby agree that using "the site" is at your own risk. We provide "the service" as-is without any express or implied warranties. We will not be liable to you for any lost profits or other consquential, special, indirect, or incidental damages in connection with this statement. With this being said it is my belief that this moderator has abused their "position" on this site. When I asked this moderator to show me the rules that expressly forbid the posting of links they simply replied with, "it is my responsibilty to over see the chat room & dont need smartass remarks" So if Jere_sandy is in the chat room and you value your right to free speech and the right to freely exchange information, please do not use the service. You will be banned for something that has been happening in chat rooms since the inception of chat rooms; the free exchange of information.
