Been Awhile

Having been immersed in my graduate studies, I have not been around much for awhile. It has been a heavy semester, complicated by having a night job which keeps me away from the computer in the late evenings. I still manage to be a home nudist, but now that the cold weather has settled in I've had to pull out the heavy fleece bathrobe to keep warm without making the NYSEG bill unmanageable. At least the judicious investment in an electric blanket means sleeping nude is still possible. In other news, my thesis proposal has been accepted and the massive writing project starts as soon as this semester is completed on Dec. 20th. Since my thesis is about the status of women in the middle ages, I have been researching the heretical religious movements....which led me to find an actual sect of medieval NUDISTS. They established a colony in Germany, where they lived communally *and* nude. If you're curious, go ahead and do a google-search for "Adamites". A rather interesting idea that perhaps needs reviving :) That's all for now...back to the writing of book reviews and papers! Happy Holidays!
