Being True To Yourself

So often we see comments on naturist forums such as this one in relation to not revealing ones identity, the faceless people, often underlined by many phrases ranging from we cannot reveal our faces because our employer might find out. My wife doesn't know. I work with children as a school teacher. The list is endless. Trying to make sense of this we looked at ourselves and our life style. As a couple involved in the care of others we have always been open about our preferred state of dress when it is appropriate and private from general public. We dislike being uncomfortable. When we come home from our shopping trip or working in the public care sectors we like to relax. Relaxation is important to us. Why sit in clothing wearing elasticated garments which cause creases on the skin an indication of restricted blood flow the skin is a living thing and does not need to be constricted by sock elastic etc.. Wearing clothing also restricts the UV light from being absorbed thus replenishing the vitamin D. We find that the northern hemisphere has more cases of Multiple Sclerosis than any other area on the planet a direct link to vitamin D deficiency. We have a loving respect for non naturist fellow human beings so ensure we do not cause offense by being in a state of undress in their company unless they stipulate that they are perfectly comfortable around others without clothing. Be proud to be nude don't hide the fact but dont be disrespectful to non naturists. There is nothing to be ashamed of. Those frightened of what others might think need to look at themselves and ask am I pure of mind or a letcherous parasite in need of help for being unable to separate natural nudity from sexual desire.
