Better Karma

This is the same as "Good Karma" but without the link code. As the saying goes..... "We should be taught not to wait for inspiration to start a thing. Action always generates inspiration. Inspiration seldom generates action" ~ Frank Tibolt ~ p style="padding-top: 3px;"After my first visit to Collins Beach, I was inspired to act on something that I have been putting off for far too long. This action has become a renewed interest, something that I haven't done since I was 17. Well now it's in full swing and once again I find myself wondering why it took me so long to get started; I feel great, I have more energy, I'm sleeping better, and I'm finding that the diet that I was on, which I thought was a fairly healthy one, is full of carbs, high in starch, and fat calories but the best part is that in 8 days I have lost 10lbs. So far, the decision to come out of the nudist closet, as it were, has had nothing but great results for me; my body, my mind, and my soul.
