I stand naked in the open air, skin awake to every element sunlight wrapping itself around my shoulders, wind tracing the length of my spine, earth steady beneath my feet. No fabric, no barrier just my body belonging completely to the world that made it. Out here, strength feels different. Its not a battle cry. Its the quiet certainty of being fully present, fully human, fully alive. The wild is not asking me to prove anything just to feel. Theres a tension inside me sometimes the instinct to push harder, hold tighter, keep fighting. But the forest has its own language. It shows me how the strongest trees still sway. How the stream stays faithful to its path by yielding, not resisting. And so I breathe. I let the wind move across my chest. I let the ground take my weight. I let go not out of defeat, but out of trust. Surrender, here, is not weakness. Its connection. Its allowing my body unarmored, unhidden to be part of something bigger than struggle. Between strength and surrender, I find a different kind of balance: Not choosing sides, but standing whole, bare, and real in the quiet honesty of nature.
