In the kitchen of deceit, they wield the spoon, Mixing sweet falsehoods beneath the crescent moon. Layers of trust, they carefully arrange, Yet beneath the frosting, lies a subtle change. Whisking whispers into the batter's embrace, Their deceitful confections take their place. Sugar-coated words, a deceptive delight, But beware the poison concealed in plain sight. Eggs of falsehoods cracked with practiced ease, Folded into the batter, woven with expertise. A pinch of betrayal, a dash of guile, Baked with smiles that conceal the vile. As the oven of trust warms its gentle glow, Deception rises, an insidious undertow. Frosting masks the flaws, an illusion complete, Yet within this cake, treachery discreet. So, when presented with a tempting slice, Consider the layers, the hidden vice. For in the kitchen of trust, where secrets blend, Unmask the truth before the baking ends
