Certification

Certification claimed "Username Unreadable/Poor Quality Picture", twice. I don't understand how it was the slightest bit difficult to read - it's the certification sheet generated by the website, not handwritten, shot with 8 megapixel phone camera, clean mirror... I can't afford a professional grade phone or DSLR. I tried uploading the sign-holding photo to my media after the first rejection, with privacy set to certified only, and it disappeared after initially appearing to have uploaded successfully.
