Certification - Ownership of IP - Pictures

A few people have asked me 'why not certified?" Easy. would never send a picture to a website that has a clear and present picture of my face, naked holding a sign. why would I? what do you get? nothing but a potential headache.. Why? because of ownership. If you mention this in the chat room some would and do say ' but they delete them" or.. do they?? Why do I say this because of this particular section in the sites content policy. (IP License)." Which means any picture you post on this site, while yes yo do 'own it' but so does the site. Which means they can do with any pic or video's you post. They own it. They can sell it trade it, post it etc etc globally. So next time someone says : "oh don't worry they won't do anything with it'. well they may not, or they may, they own it just as much as you do So certifying on this site? absolutely not. Video on this site? absolutely not? going on cam on this site? and being recorded? and retransmitted ? Absolutely not. Certifying on this site? Absolutely not. As for 'proof' I or others are real I say this ; Thats fine, go off and think what you like. Will it keep me up at night? no, will I wonder if you feel I'm 'real or not"; I could care less. This is a chat site, an 'ok' one at best but again, its a chat site and its free and populated by, well, some who are nefarious at best. Nudists at worst. And even the 'certified' nudists have been the worst offenders making rude comments, harassing not only me but others. If you have an issue with me and need "proof' thats fine, move on and don't bother me. It is fixed that easily. Don' t message me for a chat and your problems magically go away My impression of this site so far after a few weeks has been two fold. 1. its not so bad once you get past a few things. 2. it can be run better and solidified to be what it should be. A properly managed site for nudists, new and old to come and talk and have a nice time. But that seems a long way off mark and what it proclaims to be. - Sian
