Certification still broken

https://www.truenudists.com/members/certification/ says both "You are Certified Certified as a NA with the username AirenChan on January 23, 2024 12:44 am" and "January 23, 2024 12:44 am Denied Username Unreadable/Poor Quality Picture" and also on the right column under Status, there's a checkmark next to Certification. But when I go to my /user/AirenChan page it says Not Certified. I also get "This area is for certified users only, you are either not logged in, or have not been certified yet." on the forum. So much for using an 8 megapixel phone camera for the certification photos.
