Certified but hidden profiles

How can someone who has a hidden profile be certified? I thought nudism had to do with openess and I thought it was not allowed here to hide your profile when you are actives in chats and so. Real sad that if you mentioned that Sidney-couple say "Fuck you". That is not what a certified TN member looks like in my eyes.
