Computer crash

Hi Aussie Arthur. Our computer crashed also after we downloaded some updates from Windows which they told us to down load. Could this also be your problem. We are currently using a borrowed laptop. Would like to know if anyone else is having trouble with the current downloads from Window ?? Louise & Sid
