Everythings just fine

Lets be honest if Earth were a group chat, it would be muted permanently. Capitalisms on fire, democracys glitching like a dodgy Zoom call, and the planet is having a full-blown existential crisis while billionaires build rocket-shaped escape plans - wish they would hurry and leave. The rich are richer, the poor are blamed, and the middle class are out here panic-Googling how to start a vegetable patch on a windowsill. Mental health services are swamped, climate change is real but apparently not urgent enough to cancel luxury cruises, and politicians treat truth like its an optional in-app purchase. Social media? A dopamine casino where outrage is the currency and facts are just inconvenient vibes. Misinformation spreads faster than measles at a toddler rave, and algorithms know us better than our mothers but with less compassion and more sponsored content. Meanwhile, water is being privatised, forests are being sacrificed for palm oil and pointless packaging, and somewhere a man with 74 followers is calling Greta Thunberg a woke snowflake from his diesel-powered shed. But not all is lost. There are people planting trees, adopting rescue animals, and quietly doing good without filming it for TikTok. Theres laughter in pubs, kids doing cartwheels, and someone out there just made a cuppa for a tired friend. So yes the world is a flaming wheelie bin full of bad decisions, greed, and late-stage capitalism. But the biscuits are still warm, dogs still wag, and somehow, we keep going. Just keep going
