we retired in march 2011 and in july, took off to discover australia. in march 2015 we purchased an acre block in southern NSW, we sold our place in sydney in june and in september 2015 commenced building a house. we moved into the house in march 2016. we have now experienced our first winter since 2010 and plan to head north for winter next year! i left school in 1964 and joined the RAAF in 1967. i spent 12 years in the comunications field before returning to sydney on discharge in 1979. between discharge and retirement i worked at various jobs, concrete mixer, storeman, truck driver and export manager for a customs agent/freight forwarder. harley
