help with posting bulletin thanks

Thanks for all the responses about how to fix the problem with posting in forum or bulletin. The one given by princedale is the simplest, and does not require any downloads. When you get a blank message box with instructions to fill in message, hit the browser back button then hit submit again. This is how I got it to work to post this.
