How do fake profiles get certified?

Was in chat this evening and noticed that a few of the chatters comments sounded rather awkward. I took a look at one of the chatters, Marywilliams_6987. Her profile shows that she is certified. 49years old, widowed and is a financial consultant and how she hates fake profile. Lol. Quick reverse search of her profile photo shows that the picture is of Dee Williams, 48 years old, married and a porn star. So how did this profile get certified if you have to provide a photo ID?
