How is it possible?

On the home screen I saw a member (alberoarmani) who joined a group. I like to check out new profiles, so i did. To my surprise he had photos taken from a pornsite. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that he could post these pictures of obviously someone else and get away with it? What is wrong with this site? Other peoples nudism pics are rejected but another can post erected and fake pics.
