Inner Monologue in the Forest

I stand naked behind a rock. The forest breathes around me, quiet, relentless, while my body tries to remember its rhythm. The wind brushes my shoulders and back, sunlight slides down my spine, and every shifting leaf whispers: listen. My heart beats faster, but it is not fear it is the pulse of life. Every sensation is amplified: the chill on my skin, the scent of earth, the rustle of leaves. I once thought strength was in movement, persistence, endurance. Now I know: strength is in sensing, in listening to the body as it speaks softly before it shouts. Nudity is not a performance, nor a defiance of society. Nudity is a bridge between me and the world, between me and my body. With every breath, every touch of wind or sun, I learn its language. The wind tells me when to pause. The sun when to step aside. The earth when to lean. I do not measure distance, nor chase time. In this moment, standing naked behind a rock, freedom lives in every touch, every whisper of nature, every heartbeat. And I understand: this is enough. This is true. This is mine.
