Two years in the nudist lifestyle, and there's no doubt that this IS my lifestyle, but I often wonder about other's experiences. How they became to be, difference in philisophical thought, especially with lifelong nudist and those who came into the lifestyle, really just alot of different curiosities that are really non of my business, I'm just science minded like that. The lifestyle was introduced to me by really nothing more than an online aquaintance explaining that she was a nudist. As I've explained in another blog, I began shedding my clothes in the privacy of home. At first it wasn't really comfortable bc my entire life, I've identified nudity with arousal, and sensuality. Many times I just masturbated and put my clothes back on, but I wasn't giving up bc even then I felt the leberation and freedom that we all do. All I was really doing was sitting nude and doing nothing, and I know now this is what was holding me back from the full experience. One day without even thinking about it, I began doing laundry, then by natural circumstance before I realized it, I was doing all my household choirs and the arousal was not a factor. As a matter of fact it was the most liberating feeling in the world. Eventually , I began stepping out the back door, as far as I could without the neighbors seeing. The sllightest breeze and the sun warming every inch of my body became even more liberating than just being nude in the house, and to my surprise, with no arousal. I've been thinking, why would a clothed person would not want to at least explore this? (My science mind again) I was taking a bath tonight. Gimme a break, I'm getting old and bathing feels good on my back, LOL! The difference is, tonight I decided to light a couple of candles and turn the lights off for relaxation. I began to realize that clothed people do this very thing all the time and get out and put clothes on. The difference is that I knew when I got out, I would experience my favorite thing. Sitting nude in front of my floor fan and drying naturally. I ride my bike 11 miles every morning and when I come in, dripping with sweat, I do the same thing and I love it. I came to realize that there are infinite reasons why people don't feel comfortable nude so there's really no reason to explore it. I know most people don't understand. They relate it to perversion or something not natural, I know better, and enough to know that you simply can't talk about you're lifestyle to just anyone. That's why I'm glad I found this group and I'm glad that, by happenstance, a nice woman trusted me enough to share her lifestyle with me. If she hadn't, It simply would have never occured to me to give it a try. And through that, I've discovered alot of things about myself. Life is funny that way. Thank you for reading.
