Male dominance - admins need to act

I recently blogged about male dominance and the need to develop affirmative action to gain greater female participation in the nudie community. In that blog I discussed one step that I have taken with a Group that I started here in TN using the membership rules. Admins of other Groups should also take a pro-active stance, or in some cases simply 'be active' as an admin. I am a member on a few pages that are 'art' or nudity in art form orientated. On these pages there are an overwhelming number of photos from a handful of men that think every photo of them is artistic. I am not suggesting the images from these men are pornographic, but it would suffice to say that not every happy snap of you is art either. In a number of these cases the male photo contributors are also no longer active members here in TN...so probably even more reason or justification to simply delete these pics that are not artistic. But this problem is not exclusive to the Groups that are orientated around art either. I see this in nigh on every Group on here, whether that be around a location or activity. Photo after photo of only the male folks, and in many cases the photo doesn't reflect what the Group is all about either. So my fellow admins, don't be asleep at the wheel. Be the change you wish to see and help grow a balanced nudie community. If the ladies can't see it, they won't be it either.
