Mississippi Really feels like two or more states. And the USA feels like a lot more than two states

Hi everyone. I am a resident in Mississippi. I live in an undisclosed location in the state capital city of Mississippi which is Jackson. Jackson is the largest city in the State of Mississippi inside the United States of America. This might also be the biggest city in land area too by a high amount. It is very broad and sprawling inside the city limits. You never know what to expect whenever you go outside your local neighborhood, as there is all kinds of local developments right along Jackson's edges popping up all over left to right. I think this decade will see Mississippi's capital city finally see a population that stabelizes, neither growing too fast nor shrinking too fast by population size. I think declines in total number of people living here are going to be reversed by overall population. I think the water situation is under control under the current management. President of the U.S.A. Joe Biden jointly federalized it with local city government supervision for the Federalized Agency managing the water, and we now have clean water in Jackson and are trying to replace most of the pipes where the water is less clean. Jackson seems to do better right now. However, sometimes it feels just really empty during the week day. I do not know why it just seems eery quit sometimes. I bet the cities in the USA in the middle of the nation between 50,000 and 250,000 have that feeling all the time, but I really do not know. All the main historic sites in Jackson are located Downtown, near the Mississippi Capitol right now. None of them are for nudists, and you have to wear clothing there, unlike in some nations like Germany or Denmark or others. There is a river that goes near the city. It divides the District where Jackson is located, Hinds County Mississippi, from another District in Mississippi, which is named or called the county of Rankin County, Mississippi. North of Jackson, is a town called Canton. The NISSAN plant is located there for the Mississippi Operations, NISSAN North America INC. AMAZON the data company and online retailer company just opened a DATA CENTER off NISSAN PARKWAY and Highway 22 in CANTON. Canton is North of Jackson. Canton is located in a district north of Jackson, and the district where Canton is located is called "MADISON COUNTY, Mississippi." There are not any national parks in the interior of Mississippi, except for a State Park near a Federal National Historic Parkway, called the NATCHEZ TRACE, Located in TISHOMINGO COUNTY, Called TRACE STATE PARK. The National parks in Mississippi are called: Number One: The VICKSBURG MILITARY PARK (VICKSBURG BATTLEFIELD MEMORIAL PARK, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR.) Nobody can be naked there. Nobody can go hiking naked, it is banned there in practice and de jure, and it really is a crowded smaller tourist site for the exploration of a historic site of the USA Civil War history. Boring sad history lesson unless you really think it worth your time. It might frustrate people to learn about how bad the American Civil War in 1861 to 1865 really was. And they never teach about Britain's role inside that war and other wars leading to 1871 involving the USA and Britain. Number Two: GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEASHORE MISSISSIPPI SECTION: There are Islands at the south end of Mississippi called the MISSISSIPPI SOUND or the MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST. The BARRIER ISLANDS are the actual GULF COAST. The mainland is on the Mississippi Sound, next to New Orleans, across from the BARRIER ISLANDS called the MISSSIPPI SOUND GULF ISLANDS BARRIER ISLANDS, Now called, when inside the area called the State of Mississippi, named or called the Mississippi Section of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. ONLY ON WEST SHIP ISLAND DO NUDISTS VISIT. NUDISM IS FORBIDDEN IN MISSISSIPPI'S GULF ISLANDS TOO, BUT NUDISTS DO VISIT WEST SHIP ISLAND ONLY. Nudism is generally forbidden in Mississippi outside your own bathroom in your home. It is a crime called Indecent Exposure. I have known about nudism since I was young. I saw HISTORICAL paintings online on wikipedia when I was very young. I have family that really liked to travel to Europe. I learned about it over the years and I was never discouraged from learning. That is how I learned about Nudism and Naturism. Alabama and Louisiana have more nudists on this website than Mississippi. And when I was older, after later years in my life, I visited at one point a nudist place somewhere, at some point by myself. It was comfortable and not bad. I liked it after I tried it. Now, onto today's topic. I really feel like a lot of places in Mississippi differ from each other, but now there really are at least two really different areas of Mississippi right now, maybe four. I feel like Mississippi was originally one smaller group of people or peoples living here, but now there are way way more people since the 20th century began. Mississippi's population declined beginning in the late 1990s, but the records at the DECENNIAL CENSUS OF THE UNITED STATES did not reflect it until the year 2010. 2010 saw really slow growth, but a loss of population occured between 2010 and 2020. We may be continuing to lose population in Mississippi. Many young people are just packing up and leaving after high school and only come back many years later when they have made enough money on their own, if they ever get there. Some never come back. It is just a totally different place from the time I was born in the Jackson area in 1997. When I was born, Jackson had 189,000 persons living inside of it. Now only 143,000 people live here. It really is something different. My neighborhood, the one that shrunk in population the least, is still alright and decent. But it looks almost exactly the same. Only a few things have really gone into my neigbhorhood, because of the zoning laws. Otherwise, I think it seems like Jackson outside of Downtown Jackson just looks ruined and neglected all across the neighborhoods outside my immediate neighborhood. I try to help people when feasible. Now, I think this has caused at least Jackson to be different from the rest of the State of Mississippi. The rest of the state has had stagnant or low-growth population growth in shear raw numbers of people moving here. Jackson appears to be the main place where it has completely contracted and shrunk. There are other places in Mississippi where the population has completely contracted and shrunk. The city of Greenville has contracted, very badly, inside the Mississippi Delta region. It is very messy driving through Greenville right now, in the main neighborhoods. It is remote and rural, less urban than it was in the year 1970. And several other places experienced population decline from 1990 to 2020. And then, I think COVID caused a lot more people to leave or to pass away into a fatality. and I think there are more abandoned homes in Mississippi where the most deaths from COVID occured from 2020 to 2025. I do not know for certain. Mississippi came out of COVID in 2023, but some sources say that it was still active in 2025. I do not know with certainty about that. The big region for farming is very conservative and is majority wealthy white Americans and otherwise black Americans and differs between towns to town. This region is in a depression near the Northwest side of the State of Mississippi, called on the website Wikipedia that is called the MISSISSIPPI YAZOO DELTA also known as the Mississippi River Delta or the Yazoo Delta or the Mississippi Alluvial Plain. It is very flat with large corn and soy fields there. there is a Wendover PRO Half As Interesting video on invidious about the Delta. found here: https://inv.nadeko.net/watch?v=VTV-uZZuFMA It talks about a lot of the history under the USA of the area. It is a good video, and I think some of you will enjoy watching it. So, to sum up, 1) Jackson is like a world of its own 2) The Delta is like a world on its own 3) North Mississippi is Like a World on its…
