My friend Jill becomes a nudist! :)

Anyone on here knows that I am a pro body image guy (I hate body shamers)! Obviously, I dont possess the perfect body according to societal and media standards, but I am okay with that. That said, it took me becoming a nudist to fully be aware of how awesome I am. That said, I want to congratulate my friend Jill who took my advice (smart person, lol) and went on her own to a nude beach. I am telling this story with her permission. Anyway, she went to the beach and it took her a good hour before she was willing to remove anything and at that point it was only her top. She laid back to relax, wondering if anyone was watching her. Even though I told her a true nudist doesnt care, because we see it all the time and it is natural to us, she still wondered. After a couple of hours, she got up and mingled with some people. Finally, by the end of the day she was completely in her birthday suit and had the time of her life. No judgement whatsoever from anyone. This was a first for her. When she would go to traditional beaches some people would make comments. Jill is a little overweight according to society standards, but I dont see it. I told her the good news is she never has to worry about shopping for a swim suit again. I am so proud of her. According to her last text earlier today she made a few friends and plans to go back soon. Its amazing what getting naked in front of others can really do for your body image. For me it was never really scary, but I did hesitate the first time a little, but now, naked from the get go. In fact, as I have said before I am nude as much as possible. I never wear clothes at home and if friends show up they already know that and expect it. Even a few of them over the years have joined in. Being a nudist is NOT a sexual thing. It is a comfort thing. I hate the feeling over wearing clothes. If I could be naked in public 24/7/365 it would be a done deal. Until that day happens, I will have to settle for beaches, resorts and my home. Be proud of your body my friends, because ALL bodies are beautiful. Have an awesome day and nude on!
