Naturists who live their lifestyle very publicly

Hi, I was just looking at the Wikipedia article on naturism. As a home nudist wanting to make the move to social nudism, I sometimes wonder how it affects the private lives and careers of nudist whose lifestyle has become very public, such as those whose photos appear in the Wikipedia article, or those who participate in WNBR with their photos all over the media. Are there any members who can share their experience?
