New Home for us after 4/14`s fire

We finally are going to get our new home to replace the one that burned. It is larger and more modern. I love all the upgrades that we were not charged for. We made a deposit a couple of weeks ago, went there today to sign the papers. Our mortgage was approved yesterday. Here's hoping the insurance company will give us the contents $ before then, or we might not be able to move in t here yet. We have some furniture that was recovered like the queen bed frame, but we need a new mattress & box spring. We will probably have enough furniture to start with and will add as we save the $. Keep your fingers crossed everything falls into place. Today I transplanted a sweet (tea) olive from the front of this house to near the pool at the staircase to the deck. It should be happy there. I'm trying to decide if I want to exert the effort to try to move the hydranea I planted 7 years ago. Hugs, Cheri
