No More Stress

Does anyone else feel that going nude is a great stress reliever? I was in my backyard the other night lying in my lounge chair when a head poked over my privacy fence. My neighbor, a friend, popped his head over to say hello. I thought he would have been taken aback by seeing me lying naked on my lounge chair, but no. In fact, he was completely comfortable with it and I didnt even try to cover up by any means (hell it is my backyard and I have a privacy fence). He talked about the heat and how it was getting darker earlier. I thought to myself, dude you know Im naked here I dont know if he was intrigued by me being naked or it just didnt bother him. In any event, I can say that I was not stressed by him seeing me that way. A few years ago, I would have scrambled to cover myself. Now, I am completely comfortable being who I am and had no stress whatsoever by it. So, I ask, do you find it to be stress relieving for you? I know I do! Have an awesome day and nude on!
