Nude In Idaho

I’m curious as to how many people in Idaho are actually a nudist or participate in some sort of nude activity on a regular basis that is not sexually oriented or grooming the body. How many people out there actually enjoy being nude? I have been trying to build a nudist group in the Boise area for a few years and I have seen a lot of interest but no real activity. I’m curious to what keeps people from engaging in nude activities. I understand that there are laws in place that prohibit nudity but there are a lot of places that one can be nude without worries. Yes limited in the local area but within short distances one can enjoy the great outdoors clothing free. I’m aware of the local club in the area; Idaho Bare Backers; although nice people there were complications when trying to join. I believe they have changed their rules some but not sure. I’m a full supporter of the AANR but it seems that every group you try to join requires a local membership, and then an AANR membership and then some other membership which turns in to a lot of membership fees over each year. I understand membership fees when it comes to purchase and upkeep of facilities. One membership should cover everything. My question is: What would it take to build a strong co-ed group for all ages? What would encourage people to engage and come together and participate in nude recreation events?
