Barb and I had a great Sunday afternoon at Bnaked Yoga in Vernon NJ.Yoga instructor Beth Nolan holds nude yoga twice a month at this location. What a pleasure to practice yoga in a nude group setting. No restrictive clothes.We're returning for her next class on the 16th.
