NYC Apartment Seeking

Hey beautiful community! Hope everyone is doing well during this time - regardless of your mental state, sending a big nude hug to everyone. So recently I made a healthy decision to move out of my current apartment. I've been living with a friend for almost two years in a neighborhood that, during COVID, became more and more unsafe at night. The friend is not a nudist and also is repulsed by the idea of seeing me in underwear even -- you probably wondering how I didn't check it before deciding to move in with him -- well -- I wasn't the person that I am today back then, and I was in desperate need for a new place. Now, my lease ends in end of January and I'm looking to improve my life quality by living with a likeminded male (doesn't have to be gay, I'm looking for a roommate/friend not a sex partner). I have years of experience with roommates, don't tolerate the smell of smoke and doesn't do drugs of any kind. My hobbies are wide, but I mostly enjoy playing video games and going to social events to get to know new people (when it's possible). I'm very respectful, clean and love baking. Looking for an apartment that can be a safe place that projects care and mutual respect. If anyone is looking for a roommate or knows of anyone that sounds fitting, I would be more than happy to be DMed and see if this can go anywhere.
