Playstation 5

Please excuse my gripe but I must say I am upset with the lack of online support from Playstation for the PS5. I wanted to play Battlefield 4 with my brother so I went through the expenses to buy a Playstation 5. Payed to get internet services. I purchased and downloaded Playstation plus, EA Games and Battlefield 4. I submitted and made an account. While starting to play Battlefield 4 a screen popped up that said: Welcome to Battlefield 4. A pop up appeared to the upper right that said "Gameplay recording Paused because you entered a blocked scene. None of the buttons had any effect on the screen. The only option was to exit out of Battlefield 4. My brother previously told me that he had trouble with Playstation Support for many years. I had to try their online support anyway. The only results I got was a bot caught in a loop. There was no access to a live agent or any information on how to contact one. It is unacceptable to pay thousands of dollars and run into a problem with no option but a dead end. Sony and Playstation make billions and should support their customers better.
