Pleasant day out!

I decided to nip down the beach today. I say 'nip', it takes about an hour and a half to get to, but it's always worth it. It appeared that I was the second one down there today.... Calshot, that is. It was quite cloudy when I arrived, but not cold, it was a nice calm warm day. The tide was out completely, but was on the turn. A few further guys arrived after a little while. Then later on one couple. In all, by the time I left at about 1pm-ish, there was about ten of us on the beach. So, not a particularly busy day at all. I managed to take a few photos, which I have added to my profile. I need someone to go with me next time, so they can take some better ones of me. It's tricky getting a good shot in bright sunlight when you can't really see thee screen! Flies were an issue today. Lots of them. One guy got up and moved in the hope there would be less of them further along, but he eventually gave up and went home! I think the beach could do with an injection of youth - and females. Everytime I go, it's always the blokes that dominate - and those (including myself) are mostly 40+. I may go again next week - or I may try Eastney. Any females welcome to join me! Totally platonic!
