Poems and Thoughts.

I like to write poems from time to time, and at the weekend I put these words together. As Nature Intended As the sun rises in the east The day goes from cool to warm The temperature rises with the heat, As does the wish to be, as we were born. All were born naked and unclothed, As we came from the comfort or the womb. No clothes in there were needed to survive, Yet we were taught they must be worn. With cold, rain, frost and snow, Clothes are wanted to protect us, But when it is warm, hot and sunny, Why does being naked cause such a fuss? Every thing on our body has a purpose. Eyes to see, ears to hear, and nose to smell. Hands to touch and feel, and feet on which to walk. Why are we not taught not to cover these as well? The sun, and sea, beckons us to the beach. To relax, tan, play, swim and paddle, But first we must cover private parts. By being as we were born, would only bring trouble. So to be free, we are segregated, to be as we were born. We go to secluded woods, and bays, Where signs to warn are on display, That people here enjoy nature in a different way. The truth is not on the signs displayed. For people here are natural and true. To be as god and nature intended. Free, happy, at peace, and in the nude.
