Pornbots don't even pretend to be real.

I've only been on this site for a couple of years now, so I don't know how it was at the beginning, but it seems to me that in every part of it, from the chat to friend requests to even likes on photos, it's dominated by pornbots. In case you don't know what those are, they're spam accounts whose sole purpose is to advertise porn cam sites as widely as possible. They're usually automated and sometimes have a certain modicum of natural-language processing abilities that allows them to have a somewhat basic actual chat with their targets before spitting out their links. Tumblr used to be full of them. Facebook has a bunch too. They even message me on Instagram sometimes, which has led me to play with them once or twice and eventually write them, before they'd sent their link, something like "Ok, Pornbot, should I report you right now or right away?". Oddly enough, Twitter seems to have fewer of them. Those I've seen on Tumblr and Instagram actually start a chat conversation with you, pretending to ask a few questions about yourself, then making up some excuse to drag you into the trial version of such and such cam service by saying "I work here but I'm not quite on duty yet, I thought I'd offer you a free session". Those on Facebook just add you as a friend, their profiles are full of very suggestive pics and most of the time, their link is prominent. They're not even pretending any more. And here it's the same. Virtually every single interaction I've had over the past few months on this site was from a pornbot. No pretense, no sneaky manoeuvers, nothing. You get a like on your pic or profile, check out the profile, and immediately see a like to sexdate dot ru or male69 dot com or whatever site they're beholden to. The more insidious part of this is the profile pictures they put on this site are actually fairly innocent pics that look like they could be - and in many cases are probably directly taken - from a real profile. Personally I flag ALL those profiles immediately. And of course, that's to say nothing of those that pop up on the chat, which need to be reported every time. And the worst part is, I'm not even getting into all the creeps who still pollute everything on this site, asking for cams all the time, wanting tail, etc. I'm sorry, but those people are just plain old NOT what this site, "TRUE Nudists", is supposed to represent. Hell, it's even right in the name!!! If you're trying to get sex, go find it somewhere else. True, nudists aren't against sex, but that's not the reason we do it. Anyway, I digress, the subject here is pornbots. I'm going to start regularly posting pornbots warning to blog posts, together with the real sources of their photos, in the hopes that the admins might finally get off their butts to do something about them. Sorry for the rant, I just had to get this off my chest.
