profile question

When I view our profile, I clearly see that we are from Gilbert, Arizona AND that we do not accept friend requests from out of the area. Do others see this also? We get multiple friend requests, almost daily, from all over the world. I'd like to know if these people don't see the profile or really just don't care. If there is something on the profile I need to change, I will. I may be asking the wrong group, since I believe only current friends can read this bulletin. Would it be too much trouble to ask one of you to have someone you know who is not on our friend list to check our profile?
