Profiles - clothed photos; I just don't get it

Okay I get that nudism is a 'broad church' and we all express our nudism in different ways, and we also all represent ourselves here in our profiles differently. But I just don't get the rise in the number of profiles with pics that only show the member clothed. Why? Well I'm not going to bang on about being a nudist site and therefore everything must be nude or about nudity. It simply doesn't make sense to me as an option because those pics tell us nothing about you and your nude life. If there is a mix of clothed and nude pics it can make some sense, but its like they are avoiding the elephant in the room (ie that they are a nudist) So I ask myself what are these members worried about; other nudists seeing their 'bits', or could it be that they are worried their pics are going to downloaded and circulated on the www (and non-nudists will discover their love of being nude)? There are some ways to manage and mitigate these issues: a) there is a private profile option b) there is a privacy option for your pics c) you can simply not post pics So to tell other nudies, those I choose to share with, a little bit about myself I do post nude pics of myself from time to time. I don't see the value in leaving them up there for ever and a day so I also take them down and wait for my next nude adventure to post some new pics. Keep it fresh and interesting for the folks you have friended here. I do also post pics of my appreciation of nudity in art, and I do leave them on my profile for ever and a day as they reflect works that we should all continually appreciate as nudists.
