Public nude places - a privilege not to be blown by stupidity

I have recently returned from an interstate trip to New South Wales. In that State one can partake in the great privilege and joys of clothing optional beaches (as opposed to my home State where nude bathing is completely illegal). During my trip I took in the great pleasure of spending some time in the winter sun. On the first day, a Friday, I had the beach essentially to myself. Two other nudies came and spent a short time passing a pleasant 'hi' as the passed on by. I spent my time gathering things from king Neptune, swimming and sunning. Soooo pleasant! On the second day, much the same weather wise but being Saturday there was a gathering of a few more nudies to share the sand with. As usual an over representation of males...but that's okay. But what is not okay is that one, who was very muscular and tall, decided to use his phone camera to film or photo others. He knew his physique is intimidating and his cavalier attitude demonstrated that he would welcome any challenge... Maybe he is new to our lifestyle and doesn't understand that its obvious when one is using a phone to film or photograph as opposed to checking your emails and messages. Having it facing directly at you is not only invasive and offensive but is downright wrong and illegal. I just don't get this - why would anybody do something like this at a legal clothing optional beach? This is exactly what those who oppose our lifestyle want - grist for their mill to have our rightful but privileged public spaces taken away from us.
