Twice now I had this reply ready complete with sources and links, twice it self destructed before I could send it. Phooey. Anyway, if you go to Snopes and read the WHOLE article things will become much clearer. About.com Urban Legends and About.com Antivirus both discuss it. In short, this has been around for a long time, the letter in the earlier bullitin is standard issue, and ther have been viruses connected with similar messages but nothing like this non-existant one. In other words,the letter is completely untrue.
