Site Manager

Ok keep seeing this on the site that no one had been able to contact site manager. Has anyone ever heard from them or know how to contact them? I have sent emails and never been answered yet about suggestions ect. I was thinking of joining the site but I have yet to hear back from anyone who works for the site. I have sent suggestions and asked other questions and have never heard back. I see a lot of bulletins that no one has been able to contact them?
