After years of feeling insecure about my own body, I am finally free of that burden. When I originally wanted to try the nudist lifestyle, I asked some people who I knew already practiced it. They said once you do it, youll want to keep doing it, it becomes an addiction. My thoughts are it doesnt become an addiction, but a way of life. A way to be free and to feel free. The human body in general is beautiful in all shapes and sizes so why cover it up? When I remove my clothes at home or the beach or wherever, its like I am removing all the stress from my life. I dont know if you feel that way, but for me thats the truth I live. To be naked and walk along the water with friends or to lay back in a field and just relax is a feeling most people will never experience, because of their own inhibitions, I used to be one of them. Meeting other nudists, I have heard so many amazing stories of how they got into the nudist lifestyle. I wont share those stories here, because it is theirs to tell, but I will say the more people I met, the more comfortable I felt just being me. As an author on spiritual awakening and living the life you have always desired, I guess I can say that I finally am. It was the one piece missing I'm my own happiness and I am now being the authentic me. The me who chooses to live without restrictions and that includes clothes. The me who finally after years of self-torment about my body, is free of my own inhibitions and the me who understands that I am beautiful, even if others dont see it. To sum it up, becoming a nudist and living my life without clothes as much as possible has changed my life. I am now the happiest I have ever been and I look forward to continuing that experience, as I hope you do to! Have an awesome day my friends and nude on!
