the prodigal son

a few months ago i lost a sock, i was annoyed about it as i like the pair of them and they were relatively new with that new fitting experience ,, i looked everywhere for it for a few weeks to no avail. i eventually gave up searching and decided to bin the other sock to the trash as was no point in keeping it . imagine my surprise yesterday when i was looking for something else and lo and behold what fell out of the press only my lost sock ! it goes to show life is strange , just like the prodigal son , my sock was returned to me ,but alas it was no longer of use ,so sadly i deposited it to the trash too, the moral of the story ? do not give up on your "prodigal son" life may just surprise you ! keep the faith .
