There needs to be a time bar on blog writing here

I'm all for freedom of speech and expression (with the exclusion of hate talk of course), but I'm kind of getting lethargic with each time I open My Blogs all I find is barrage of blogs one after the other by the same author... Perhaps a three or five day time bar between each blog...admins...Buehler....anybody
