This Site has Unresolved Bugs

I am a certified user, it states it quite clearly on my profile. But the site constantly tells me I am not certified , see below "You are not certified! Certification is easy and can help you find more friends! and therefore I cannot access anything restricted to certified users." I have reported this bug 4 times so far and nothing gets done. It's not the only bug, half the time my profile picture doesn't appear in my feed, I only get a generic one of a naked woman, which is not good seeing that I am Male. Anyone else finding unresolved bugs?
