TN difficulties

I have several problems when I sign into TN. I go directly to my profile but there is no way to accept request, search a general membership list, or search for a specific individual, Older versions allowed me to do all of this with ease. Just recently I was missing the ability to send messages. I could write but not post. What am I doing wrong? or is TN the problem?
