What is it like to be an at home nudist? I tried to answer but it didn't work out so well...

I posted on my profile this comment below, because I would chat with people and tell them I work from home. And, ALWAYS, they would ask: Nude? Well yeah nude, I'm a nudist. Unless its too cold, then I'm a survivalist! I'm not stupid, if you are shivering, put some freaking clothes on! Profile Post:
I've noticed quite a bit of people who are curious about the nudist lifestyle. While I may not be the super nudist of the crowd, I've spent a good amount of time naked. I work from home, and there is no reason to wear clothing while working. In that spirit, I may leave my cam on in the chat room so it can be seen that nudism is simply your life without clothing. However, if I do this, I'm not doing the PM thing. Seems like the pervs come out of the wood work. So don't expect me to respond. Plus... I'm working. Let's see how it goes.
And... The result:[ br] Wow, there are a lot of extremely rude and raunchy people out there in the net. I guess I was naive. I thought, "sure, I'll put the cam on. Then they can get bored out of their gourd watching a middle aged guy writing software or even get to see me with my super cool gaming headset on while talking to a client - sexy! I guess it was the glasses with nose tape to prevent the gouging the glasses do to my nose, or maybe... (yeah this must have been it), they saw my lanyard around my neck for my hearing aids. What ever it was, it caused too many of the viewers to jump out of their comfort zone and ask me to do things, I'm not here for. But here's the kicker... If I didn't PM them, they got offended and pissy. If I didn't take my junk and twirl it around like a helicopter, (I mean I wish I could), they got pissy. And my profile says I'm married. Why would I want to entertain anyone else. And why was it mostly guys? I'm not homophobic by any means, but those dudes are giving both men and gays a bad name. I know, I know, don't judge a basket by one bad apple. I'm just saying, I'm a statistician as well, and the stats were overwhelming. Don't worry all my gay buddies, (TN and Life), I still love you for who you are and the respect you show me. So to quote another user on this site that I've come to admire for her spirit and candor, "If you go on Cam, what do you expect. If you stick your hand in a viper pit be prepared to be bitten". She was right. All too right. Thus, the cam can stay off. I've got no one I'm trying to impress. I don't wear clothing if I don't have to. It makes me comfortable to live that way. Plus, I save a butt-ton on laundry expenses, (thumbs up!). This experiment was a failure in the respect of what I set out to accomplish, but it showed me a world that I was unaware of. So was it a failure?
